Project summary

Sone Acoustics was commissioned to assess the noise concerns caused by the ongoing construction activities of Gunas Land's upcoming project, Urban Forest Phase 2, located in Cipete, Jakarta.

To avoid disturbances to nearby visitors and residents due to the construction work, it's crucial to implement a noise barrier around Urban Forest. This is especially important because the existing retail spaces will continue to operate during this time.

During the construction phase, we conducted a thorough site inspection, which included measuring and assessing the noise levels. We carefully evaluated both the noise from the construction and the existing noise in the retail spaces to ensure that the noise barrier design meets its objectives.
